XI’AN REFRA TUNGSTEN & MOLYBDENUM Co., Ltd. (REFRA) is a high-tech enterprise subsided by West Metal Materials Co., LTD., originated from the Sixth Research Laboratory of Northwest Non-ferrous Metal Research Institute (NIN). RMM is the pioneer of tungsten and molybdenum material processing industry of China. RMM was restructured and established in February 2010, by the merger of former West Metal Materials Co., Ltd. tungsten and molybdenum materials and products division, with independent legal person status.

The production and operation scope of REFRA mainly includes tungsten and molybdenum materials and parts for semiconductor ion implantation, MOCVD, etc.; high-performance TZM molybdenum rods for high-speed rotating X-ray tubes; high-precision tungsten sheet devices for medical CT collimator; tungsten and molybdenum sputtering targets; tungsten and molybdenum boats for evaporation coating; tungsten and molybdenum plates, strips, foils, wires, rods and tubes and their deep processing products; tungsten and molybdenum heat shielding and heat generators for crystal growth, sintering, scientific experiments, high temperature and vacuum furnaces and so on.
